wondr is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps travelers:

• Access travel tips, guides, and community content

All price estimates and itineraries generated by our AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute bookings or guarantees of availability.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

• Maintain the security of your password and account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Be at least 18 years of age (or 16 with parental consent where applicable)

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

wondr uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries, recommendations, and suggestions. Important disclaimers:

• AI-generated prices are estimates only — actual prices may vary significantly

• Hotel, flight, and activity recommendations are not endorsements or guarantees

• Availability is not guaranteed — always verify with the provider before booking

• wondr is not a travel agency and does not make reservations on your behalf

Always confirm bookings, prices, and details directly with hotels, airlines, and activity providers.

wondr facilitates connections between travelers. We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of any traveler you connect with through our platform

• The accuracy of information provided by other users

• Any disputes, disagreements, or incidents arising from travel companion relationships

Exercise your own judgment when connecting and traveling with other people. Always meet in public first and trust your instincts.

When you post content (trips, tips, photos, messages) on wondr:

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant wondr a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform

• You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates others' rights

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

wondr uses affiliate partnerships (including Travelpayouts, Booking.com, Skyscanner, and others). When you click affiliate links:

• We may receive a commission at no extra cost to you

• You are leaving wondr and entering a third-party website

• Third-party websites have their own terms of service and privacy policies

• wondr is not responsible for third-party services, pricing, or availability

Affiliate commissions help us keep wondr free for all users.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at wondr-wfriends.com/privacy. By using wondr, you consent to our privacy practices as described in that policy.

All content, code, design, trademarks, and materials on wondr (excluding user-generated content) are the property of wondr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

wondr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

• AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs

• Results from companion matching will be satisfactory

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wondr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on AI-generated price estimates or itineraries

• Travel incidents or accidents with matched companions

• Loss of data or inability to access the platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
